When we received the order to install new windows in this San Diego home, we immediately began preparing the project. The job involved more than 12 windows, as the owners were doing a complete renovation and decided to replace all the windows in the house at once. This was a relatively large order for us, and it took 24 days to produce the windows.
The family told us that they had always dreamed of large windows to enjoy the sunrise and sunset and make the most of the natural light. During the measurement, our specialists suggested installing bay windows, as they are wide and allow plenty of light to enter. In addition, it was decided to choose oak as the material for the frame, ensuring an elegant touch and durability.
In some parts of the house, such as the bedroom, we installed single casement windows for the owners' convenience. Each window opens in three positions: horizontally, vertically and in ventilation mode.
For the glass, we chose Solarban® 70, which offers an anti-reflective coating, absorption of 80% of UV rays and 25% more heat retention compared to traditional triple-glazed windows.
All windows were painted grey to match the overall style of the house. The installation process took less than 12 hours, as we had to dismantle the old windows and make the necessary preparations.
The family loved the result! What do you think?
